Gluten Free Flatbread Recipe-Moroccan Harcha
Im going to chare with you morrocan bread (Harcha),made from semolina corn, It is simple, easy, and delicious.
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Yield: 7 small flatbreads
100 grams of corn semolina
50 grams of corn flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
½ tablespoons white granulated sugar
1teaspoon baking powder
2 Tablespoons vegetal oil
90 ml of water
1 :Add the corn semolina ,corn flour, baking powder ,salt and sugar to a bowl , mix them together.
2 :Mix the olive oil with a spoon or your hands add water and leave the dough to rest a 20 minutes.
3 : Sprinkle the work surface with some corn flour then spread the dough with your hands and cut out circles using a glass.
4 : Preheat frying pan over medium-low heat and cook for 5 minutes on each side, until the surface gets beautiful golden brown color.
*** serve immediately with honey olive oil ,cheese or anything you like.
