Spinach Tortilla

Ingredients :

a medium bowl of boiled spinach

black pepper


2 eggs


Por Water in saucepan and add spinach ,bring to a boil

Simmer the spanich until  is tender and  drain it from water

Put  the cooked spinach In a bowl  Add the eggs ,balck pepper ,  salt and mix well

Heat  the stove over medium heat.

use a brush or  paper towel dipped in  vegetable oil  oil and spread over pan lightly.. Lay tortilla in

pan and cook each side for about 2-3 minutes(The pan should be hot when you place the

tortilla on the surface.) Remove from pan and lay flat on a plate.
