Healthy Moroccan Tagine with sweet potatoes without meat

you can cook this recipe in the Moroccan Tajine or in a pressure cooker or any container

Ingredents :

1kilo of Sweet potatoes

2 onions

1 tomato


2 cloves garlic, crushed

1 tbsp turmeric

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp black pepper

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp ginger

80 Or 100grams of   Dry grape


Heat 3  tbsp olive oil In a  tagine Add the choped  onions  ,sweet potatoes, tomato- Dry grape.

Place the pepper turmeric, paprika, black pepper , ginger Into a small bol or glass and mix to combine

Distribute the spice mixture over the vegetables ,cover   and cook over a gentle heat.
