The recipe for whole grain bread is better and healthier it is better than white bread. It can be stored in the fridge for up to two weeks. Everyone can do it easily, it’s cheaper to make it at home when the bread is cooked and cooled is flavorful, crisp on the outside, and soft on the inside. To make easy whole grain bread recipe :you need
two cupof flour complete
a cup of oats-a glass water
a tablespoon baker’s yeast
salt-a tablespoon honey
flax seed-oats and sunflower seed (optional
Place all ingredients in the dough machine( both flours , the yeast , fine salt and yougurt. Mix with warm water
Knead the dough for 5 mins (or on a lightly floured surface for 10 mins
the dough should be smooth and elastic . Leave in a warm place until doubled in size ( about 1 hr) .
Knead the dough again for 3 mins to knock out the air bubbles – add half of the seeds and work these into the dough
Place in the moul a for 50 mins until it has nearly doubled in size again.
Glaze the top of the loaf with the eggs (or only with water ) and sprinkle over the remaining seeds
Bake in the oven for 45 mins until le pain golden brown
Leave to cool before cutting.
