300 grams of flour
3 tablespoons cacoa
1 Teaspoons baking powder
150 ml of oil
100 g sugar
a pinch of salt

1- In a bowl, mix the whole eggs with the sugar to obtain a creamy mixture.
2- Mix all the ingredients together with your hand. just enough to form a ball
3-Divide the dough in half
4– Take half of dough and leave it aside
5- cut the dough into2 portions.
Add 2 tablespoons of flour to the largest ball of dough and mix.
In the smallest balls add 1 tbsp flour and 1 TBSP cocoa powder , in the last ad only 2tbsp cocoa powder.
6 -A fter divide each ball into 6 balls, you will have 6 white balls, 6 light brown balls and 6 dark brown balls .
7- Spread a light chocolate ball into a small oval Then roll it up to have rods
Using a rolling pin, spread out a ball of dark chocolate and place the rod of light chocolate in the middle and roll it up.
Roll out a ball of white dough then place the dark chocolate and light chocolate rolls.
Roll it all up to get a last 3-layer roll.
Roll and shape each dough ball into thing rods. You can shape the rod into the thickness of your choice
When you get 6 sausages, roll them one after the other to get long sausages.
8– Assemble the 6 tubes to form a large tube.
9- place the the dough rolls on a baking sheet covered with parchment-paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 ° C for about 10 min.
10- Let the cookies cool down completely on a wire rack and cut it into small thing pieces
12– Place the pieces on a baking pan
13- Cook on a preheated oven 180 C
14– Remove form oven and let cool completely before serving.
