: Fat-free popcorn was a perfect snack for most families watching TV shows. It is available in many flavors many people to consider popcorn as a dietary food because it does not contain sugars, it is light, fluffy and simply digestible. Popcorn is made from healthy carbohydrates, which makes it a good source of energy. It is a whole grain food and a healthy source of fiber. You can make popcorn in the oven at home or buy it at local stores. There are supermarkets selling caramelized corn without calorie, fat-free popcorn, and many other types. People can also choose from many colors and types of popcorn Yet, all varieties of colorful popcorn have a shade of white, but each color has its own appearance, its own texture there are many methods to create popcorn I chose two methods because they are easy and convenient, and it’s ready in minutes

Two ways to make this recipe Popcorn  In Oven  

Ingredients

1)125 grams  Popcorn

125ml water

Salt

a glass or metal bowl (My friend uses this, she says its an easier way.if you interested click here)

2) 100grams Popcorn

brown paper bags(use purchased oven cooking bags.)

1teaspoon vegetable oil

Salt

METHOD

  1) for the first method to prepare Popcorn in Oven: Heat the oven (180 degrees C)for 10 minutes place the popcorn kernels in the paper bag and shake it well. Fold the top of the bag over twice then place it in the oven for 7 minutes. After removed from the oven It is important not to leave popcorn unattended while cooking. It does not take long to be cooked

  2)  For the Second method: in a large bowl put the popcorn add water, salt let soak for 10 minutes then drain cover the bowl with a lid or aluminum foil and. Cooking without oil, 10 minutes.
