spinach sauteed in garlic and olive oil,this recipe is delicious and healthy, these green leaves are full of folate magnesium, and vitamins K contains antioxidants that prevent cancerous cells. It is great for the cardiovascular system. It’s also good for brain function since it prevents the effects of oxidation on your brain. A healthy brain could lessen the chances of having Alzheimer’s. With these health benefits, I recommend (eating spinach cooked and raw; especially children and adolescents. I prepare spinach in many recipes but I prefer a simple saute of spinach with some seasoning (cumin, and chili)is the best way to eat it.

3 tablespoons good olive oil (Olive oil, extra virgin)
4 cloves garlic, sliced-cumin
Chili pepper or black pepper
Salt to taste
