We need:

4 chicken legs

Zucchini- potato-carrots- bean-1 onion- Parsley

1/4 teaspoon salt.

1/4 teaspoon black pepper.

1 TSP ginger

1TSP turmeric

1/2 cumin

2 tablespoons olive oil

How to Make It

Sprinkle chicken with salt, ginger, turmeric, pepper add parsley  and onion, steam chicken 10 minutes  Add  zucchini potato-carrots bean to a steamer

cover and cook 3 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.

In a  skillet, heat olive oilt. Add Vegetable  while stirring on a low heat for a few minutes

Place chicken in a baking pan Arrange the  pieces and  brush chiken legs with oil

Bake in the preheated oven (180 degrees C) until the chiken is  brown and crispy

Serve chicken pieces with vegetables.
