A bowl of Oats

1 onion chopped

2 large tomatoes

4 tablespoons olive oil

3  TBSP parsley- 1 tsp of ginger- 1tsp black pepper -Salt

1 TBSP Tomato sauce
1  liter and half water


1-Heat the olive oil in a large casserole over medium-low heat. Add tomatoes, onion, parsley, spices and warm water

2-Bring to a boil

3-Pour in the saucepan the oat flakes

4-cook on a low heat for 20 minutes

5-stirring occasionally.

6-Add water if it is needed

7-serve the oats soup into bowls
